PROOF OF VACCINATION AND/OR NEGATIVE COVID TEST
Q: What do I need to provide for my show?
A: We can’t wait to see you all soon on our tour. We care so much about everyone involved in making this happen and all of you attending, so we will be requiring proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or negative test result within a certain time frame for your event (either 48 or 72 hours) to attend a majority of dates of the tour.
Additionally, all fans in the pit for each show will need to be fully vaccinated. Negative Testing is not an available option for pit entry.
Please go to deadandcompany.com for a complete list of dates and COVID protocols.
PROOF OF TESTING
Q: Do you need to show photo ID with your proof of negative text?
A: Please be prepared to show photo ID which matches your proof of negative text.
Q: Is a rapid test ok?
A: You must bring printed results. The test results must be timestamped and require proof of either a negative PCR or antigen COVID-19 diagnostic test – any of these two options with a timestamp printed out will do.
Q: Can I use a home test to prove negative results?
A: If you use a home test, the results must be provided by an independent lab with a timestamp that falls within the valid timeframe (you cannot simply take a home test and show negative results).
Q: I received my negative test results via email – can I just show the email with the timestamp?
A: The process of verification will be much faster if you print your negative test results but we will accept email verification with timestamp.
PROOF OF VACCINATION
Q: Do you need to show photo ID with your proof of vaccination?
A: Please be prepared to show photo ID which matches your proof of vaccination.
Q: Is digital proof of your vaccination card enough (digital photo, Bindle app, Clear app, Excelsior app, etc.?
A: Yes, venues will be accepting digital proof if presented at the gates.
Q: What do you mean by fully vaccinated?
A: You are considered fully vaccinated if you are at least two weeks after your final dose of either Pfizer or Moderna or two weeks after your single dose of Johnson&Johnson.
CHILDREN UNDER 12
Q: Can my child under 12 attend the event?
A: Unvaccinated fans under 12 years of age will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within a certain time frame for your event (either 48 or 72 hours) before entry to the facility and will provide printed proof of negative result prior to entering the venue.
Q: Can my child under 12 go in the pit?
A: All fans in the pit must be vaccinated so there is no admission for children under 12 who are not vaccinated.
Q: What other steps are you taking regarding COVID-19? Will there be a mask policy, or a social distancing policy?
A: We abide in large part by the venue’s own health and safety policies. Please refer to the venue’s website for specific policies that may be implemented during your show date. Please note: best practices and guidelines from local authorities and The World Health Organization are likely to continue to evolve over the coming months.
Q: Do I need to be vaccinated to be in the pit?
A: All GA Pit ticket holders will be required to be fully vaccinated for the COVID-19 virus by the date of their show. Proof of vaccination will be required. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you own a VIP package that includes a GA Pit ticket, this policy applies to you as well.
Q: Is there a quick way to prove I’m vaccinated for the pit?
A: We encourage all GA Pit ticker holders to download the Bindle App prior to arrival for a quick and easy proof of vaccination. Bindle is a secure app used to quickly verify proof of vaccination. Other ways of providing proof of vaccination include displaying photo proof on your smartphone, or presenting a physical copy of your vaccine documentation along with a corresponding Photo ID. Your vaccine documentation needs to be directly from the healthcare provider that performed the vaccination.
